New for 2007 are the British Cycling Autumn Nationals, please find all relevant info below.
BC BMX 2007 Autumn Series
A new 3 race series will commence on September the 23rd at Preston's Fishwick Park track. This will be Preston's first major domestic event and the club are totally enthused about introducing their new pro section to the riders. Chesterfield missed out on a summer national in 07, so it's a welcome return on October the 7th to what is always a great event venue and white knuckle track. Peterborough will host round 3 on October the 21st. Having just won 2007's best event award, it'll be a welcome return to a great track and club.
Highlights of the new series are new age bands, all categories are open to Cruiser and 20", 16+ 100% payback class, only a tenner to race, trophies for the top 3 in each category at each round and the top 5 after 3 rounds. Registration finishes at 11.30am (no exceptions) and racing will start as soon as possible afterwards.
