coaching/ trainning

Hi People, regular coaching/ training sessions are taking place every Saturday at Braintree. 13 and overs are from 12.00 -1.30 and under 13s 1.30-3.00. £6 a seesion. If there is more than one child in a family or Dad wants to have a go they will be half price. If weather looks doubtful please call Me on the Saturday morning to check its still on. If I can get enough takers We can do this rite through the year.... imagine the results at the Brits!!!

No worries Guys, You all trained really hard. Well done also to little Tom Stokes for keeping up with the bigger Guys for an hour and a half. Loads of gates next week so We can do well at Peterborough then back to the fitness thing the following week.

dirty tricks, we dont teach them things like that Humpster, we're not like the southern regions, we just have good riders and good coach's

all the kids looked good today and all with smiles on their faces Cool

great session mark we even got a cuppa out of brad!!!!
some great two and three man sprints backwards through the rythms and third straight Twisted Evil

we even saw mr groove harshly pushed out on third straight Wink

Dirty Tricks!

I am sure Mark knows a few for dealing with young whipper snappers in the berms!

However, since we are the pure, fair and righteous East Anglian region, we do not practice dirty tricks like the South Region!
